Custom orders are made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or damage. Customers will have 24 hours from placement of custom orders to cancel by calling 585-694-4343 to cancel the order and receiving a cancellation number. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT CREDITED.

There is a 20% re-stocking fee on returned canopies only if returned within 14 days of being received. Otherwise, all sales are final and no returns are allowed.
Replacement Parts-
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned replacement parts. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will credit your account for the cost of the parts less 20% after product is received and reviewed. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT CREDITED. Original free outbound shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds. If you need to return an item, please contact the respective office number and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and instructions.
Sling size discrepancy- If you have a problem with the size of your sling, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to adjust the sling and make it the correct size. If CFS measured your slings in error, we will gladly make the adjustments at no charge. If the customer has made an error in measuring, we will gladly work with you to make the necessary adjustments. We want your slings to fit and our customers satisfied. Additional labor fees or material will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Your replacement sling fabric has a lot of stretch. We will NOT make alterations to sling length if our final sling size is PLUS or MINUS 1/2″ in width or PLUS or MINUS ½” in length. You should be able to stretch your sling to make up the difference in the width or the length. If the sling is just a bit too wide, we can send you additional sling spline which will help tighten the sling on the frame. DO NOT return your slings without a SLING ALTERATION REQUEST number. PLEASE TRY TO INSTALL YOUR SLINGS BEFORE YOU CALL US!
Error measuring on the part of CFS- CFS will make adjustments at no charge to slings purchased from us if the error in question was made on our behalf. Request for adjustments must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice to be eligible for adjustments.
Error measuring on the part of the customer- For customer errors, fees ranging from $10 to $30 per sling will be assessed depending on the alteration. In some cases alterations may not be applicable; therefore a new sling may be required. All adjustments and alternations to slings must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
Sling Billing and Return Policy-
At CFS we strive for complete client satisfaction. If you are having trouble getting your slings to fit, please call us at the respective office number for assistance. We will work with you to ensure a correct measurement. However, slings are made to your specific measurements and color preferences and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason customer slings are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size, color or the inability to install. If your slings do not fit properly, please contact us immediately. Although you cannot return the slings, we will make every effort to adjust or correct the slings as need. Please measure carefully prior to placing the order.
Vinyl Products-
Precut strap return- Precut straps are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size or color. Please measure carefully before entering your order. Vinyl colors may vary based on the batch or interpretation of your monitor.
Vinyl By-the-roll return policy- There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned rolls of vinyl strapping. Rolls must be unused and returned in good condition within 30 days of the original order for credit to apply. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Original free outbound shipping charges will be deducted from all refunds. We will credit your account for the cost of the vinyl less 20% after product is received and reviewed. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT CREDITED. If you need to return an item, please contact the respective office number and we will provide you with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) and instructions.
Vinyl Strap Colors- Please select carefully before ordering. Vinyl colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor. CFS is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown.
