I needed a small plastic pulley that broke inside my patio umbrella making it useless. Couldn’t find it anywhere doing internet searches, Amazon, eBay, anywhere I could think of. Finally started to call umbrella sales places and came across Casual Furniture Solutions. Emailed Nick and he promptly responded and showed me a part that may work. Thanks to his knowledge, it did! I have a working umbrella for the cost of a few bucks instead of having to spend for a new one! The part was also mailed out very quickly! All around I give this company an A+ and would gladly do business with them any time! The were knowledgeable, prompt, reasonable cost and polite!
